What is the percentage discount?

You can find out exactly how much you'll save by visiting the Ameriplan® home page. Click on "Providers and fee schedule" and select the provider you would like to see, enter your zip code and select "closest to nearest address". You will get the color coded fee information at this point.

How can Ameriplan® offer such impressive discounts for such a low price?

Ameriplan® is not a health insurance provider. We invite medical providers to join our network if they are willing to offer their services at a discount. Our members receive discounts on prescription, dental, vision and chiropractic services in addition to standard health care.

Who can be included under a household?

Anyone residing at a certain address can get shared household coverage. There is no age restriction, nor do you need to be related to share coverage.

We offer services nation wide.

How much will dental services cost?

You will save between 25%-65% off of cosmetic and restorative procedures (fillings, brace etc.) and up to 85% on preventative dental work. Call us at 1888 671 5666 for toll free information on exact discounts for services in your area. Alternatively, email your query.

How long is the contract?

You can exit your arrangement whenever you chose. You must only give thirty days notification. Payment can be made monthly, quarterly or annually. Annual payment warrants a 20% discount on the next year's membership.

How are providers chosen?

Ameriplan® providers are either selected by our members or though our extensive recruitment program. All providers must have an active license and full compliment of medical insurances. They are also thoroughly screened by our team prior to admission.

Will I really save on dental?

All dental work will receive the agreed upon discount off of the normal fee structure.

How often may I visit the chiropractor or dentist?

As often as you like.

How do I file a complaint?

You can call our customer service center should you have a billing problem or an issue with quality of care. We will resolve the problem for you, and if unable to, may pass the problem on to the appropriate sate medical board.

Will fees rise?

No, not for a guaranteed two years.

Is Lasik eye surgery covered?

Yes, you can expect to save up to 55% off of this type of corrective eye surgery.
